What We Do

Through its internal resources and extensive domestic and worldwide partnerships and networks IP CENTRA researches, probes, identifies and uncovers IP that meets client portfolio objectives. We provide extensive and timely information and guidance on IP, including evaluating the technical and financial attributes of existing IP portfolios; generating value from existing IP; transforming IP into solutions; supporting legal requirements including filing, prosecution, licensing, and litigation; helping develop and execute IP business strategies; and also helping companies raise capital by connecting innovators to investors.

IP CENTRA also identifies and partners with innovative, high growth startups/SMEs, and finds and efficiently licenses patents from academic institutions, university tech transfer offices and professors. Throughout the process IP CENTRA is able, as required, to provide highly competent and effective intellectual property, business and legal guidance, counsel, and support.
